A delicious option to your typical meat burgers
Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 1/2 cups of cooked Quinoa Tri-Colour
2 cups shredded carrots
1 cup finely chopped kale
1/2 cup diced onion
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 cup of Hemp Shelled Seed (Hemp Hearts)
1/3 cup of Coconut Flour
2 tablespoons of hemp oil
8 whole wheat buns
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wisk the eggs and salt in a large bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until the mixture is well combined.
Shape the mixture into patties (about 1/2 cup each)
Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put in the oven.
Bake the burgers for 15 minutes and then flip them over and bake for another 10 minutes.
Place each burger on a bun, add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
