Tasty, fruity and a sweet breakfast treat!
1 extra ripe banana, mashed
1 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of steel cut oats – Steel Cut Oats
1 tablespoon of Greek vanilla yogurt
2 teaspoons of chia seeds – Chia Seeds Black
4 tablespoons of hemp hearts – Hemp Shelled Seed (Hemp Hearts)
2 tablespoons of honey
1 sliced banana
1/2 cup of sliced strawberries
2 tablespoons of coconut flakes – Coconut Flaked Unsweetened
2 tablespoons of California Walnut Pieces
2 tablespoons of Pure Chocolate Chips
1 tablespoon of hemp hearts – Hemp Shelled Seed (Hemp Hearts)
Add the almond milk and vanilla extract to a shaker cup or mason jar with a lid and shake until well mixed.
Combine the oats, mashed banana, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, hemp hearts and honey in a medium bowl.
Pour the almond milk mixture into a bowl and stir until thoroughly combined. Cover the bowl with saran and place in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, divide the oats into bowls and top with fresh toppings; diced banana, strawberries, coconut flakes, chopped walnuts, pure chocolate chips, and hemp hearts! Ready to serve!
