Shipping and Returns
Shipping is available across Canada only.
Free shipping available on orders over $100+ (prior to taxes) in the Greater Toronto Area only (GTA).
All other locations will be shipped at the prevailing Canada Post rates: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon.
We process orders between Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (excluding National Holidays).
Our goal is to process orders efficiently, within the first 24 hours you can e-mail our email@example.com for cancellation. After product has shipped, we are unable to cancel an order, a refund request will have to be submitted, see below.

If you received a delivery that has been damaged email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, provide us with your name, order number, and a picture of the damaged product.
Directions for Returning Products
To return your product, please email us at email@example.com
IN ORDER TO RETURN PRODUCT PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Your order number
- The product SKU number
- REASON FOR RETURN
One of our customer service representatives will contact you as quickly as possible to help complete the return process. Due to the perishable nature of our products, they can be returned within 14 days of SHIPPING. Some CONDITIONS may apply. Since all return scenarios are unique, all returns and refunds WILL BE DETERMINED on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund if:
- Product IS NOT IN IT’S ORIGINAL PACKAGE.
- You submitted your claim MORE THAN 14 days after the SHIP DATE OF YOUR ORDER.
- Product was damaged from customer neglect or mishandling
