These roasted Soya nuts (AKA Soy Nuts or roasted Soybeans) are a crunchy snack made from mature soybeans that have been soaked in water, drained, and roasted. Soya nuts have a delicious nutty flavour to add to all kinds of recipes and can also be ground into “nut” butter.
