Israeli Couscous



Israeli Couscous has a ball-like shape and is toasted, rather than dried, after the granules are formed. This process gives Israeli couscous a nuttier flavour and chewy bite that adds an unexpected touch to regional recipes. It’s super easy to make by simply pouring boiling water over the couscous and leaving to stand for 5-15 minutes. 1 cup of dried couscous to 1 cup of boiling water ratio. Excellent as a side dish, or toss a few in your salads or power bowl!
