This bright green smoothie has a balanced taste of California Walnuts, Mankai, spinach, pineapple and banana with of hint of spicy ginger.
Ingredients
1 cup lightly packed baby spinach
3/4 unsweetened plant based milk of choice
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/4 cup California Walnuts
1 tablespoon finely grated or chopped fresh ginger
2 teaspoons honey
2 frozen Mankai cubes
1 ripe banana (60g)
Pinch of cinnamon
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth.
