Super Green Walnut Mankai Smoothie

This bright green smoothie has a balanced taste of California Walnuts, Mankai, spinach, pineapple and banana with of hint of spicy ginger.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lightly packed baby spinach

  • 3/4 unsweetened plant based milk of choice

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/4 cup California Walnuts

  • 1 tablespoon finely grated or chopped fresh ginger

  • 2 teaspoons honey

  • 2 frozen Mankai cubes

  • 1 ripe banana (60g)

  • Pinch of cinnamon

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth.
