Pistachios not only are they a big food trend, they are the star of this tasty Pistachio Hummus realfooding.
125g Shelled Pistachios
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp coriander
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
1. In a food processor add pistachios, olive oil and half of water. Process until a paste is formed.
2. Add in chickpeas with our water, garlic cloves, lemon juice. Process until hummus consistency is reached. Add water if thinner consistency desired.
3. Add salt and pepper, to taste
Serve with veggies, chips of choice. or pita. Is a healthy and delicious dip or sandwich spread!
