Tender chunks of beef with a crunchy, sweet flavour of nuts & dried fruit!
1) Pour some oil into a frying pan.
2) Salt the steaks and sear them in the pan.
3) Take the steaks off the heat and set aside.
4) Add all the fruit and pine nuts to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
5) Add the cream and return the steaks to the pan until done.
